Description of the Service

This platform provides football data analysis and entertainment services for football fans, including AI match predictions, data movement monitoring, deep analysis, AI chat, mini games, and member benefits. Specific features may change as the product evolves.

Account and Registration

• You must provide truthful and valid registration information.
• As a rule, each person may register only one account; bulk registration, reward farming, and account creation through scripts or bots are not permitted.
• Please keep your account password safe. You are responsible for any loss caused by leakage or poor handling of the password.
• We reserve the right to warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate the rules.

Diamonds and Membership

Diamonds are virtual digital credits on this platform. They can be obtained through top-ups or by taking part in activities (sign-up bonus, daily check-in, share rewards, and so on). Diamonds may be used only within the platform, including unlocking paid content and exchanging for mini-game items and energy.

Diamonds cannot be withdrawn, transferred to other users, or treated as having any real-world monetary value. Any remaining diamond balance becomes invalid automatically upon account deletion and is not refundable.

Plus is a recurring paid membership that grants benefits such as higher unlock allowances. The subscription auto-renews on the selected cycle, and you may manage or cancel it under Settings → Subscription.

Top-up tiers and pricing follow what is shown on the platform at the time. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and promotional intensity; completed top-ups are not affected by new pricing.

Refund Policy

Virtual digital goods are deemed consumed upon purchase and are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be requested in the following situations: duplicate charges caused by system errors; payment was successful but diamonds were not credited and the cause is verified to lie with the platform; situations where the law explicitly requires a refund.

To request a refund, please contact us via the email shown in the footer and include the order ID, payment proof, and a description of the issue.

Acceptable Use

When using this platform, you agree not to do any of the following. Violators may have their account suspended or banned; in serious cases we will report the matter to the relevant authorities and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.

• Use platform content to take part in illegal gambling, or induce others to do so.
• Use programs, scripts, or automation tools to bulk-call the platform API or scrape content.
• Attempt to crack, reverse-engineer, or bypass paid mechanisms or security measures.
• Post illegal, fraudulent, harassing, sexual, or hateful content (including in AI chat and mini games).
• Impersonate someone else or register using falsified information.
• Disrupt the platform's normal operation, attack servers, or spread malicious code.
• Use this platform for any activity that violates the law of your location.

Intellectual Property

All content shown on this platform (including interface design, copy, AI-generated analysis reports, brand marks, and code) is owned by this platform or used under valid authorization. Copying, distribution, commercial use, or adaptation is not permitted without written authorization.

Content uploaded or entered by users (such as AI chat content and uploaded avatars) remains owned by the user. The user grants this platform a non-exclusive license to use, store, and display such content to the extent necessary to operate the service.

Third-Party Services

This platform relies on the following third-party services to operate. Using this platform also indicates acceptance of their respective terms of service:

• Third-party sign-in services.
• Payment providers.
• AI service providers and model suppliers.
• Infrastructure and hosting providers.

Service Changes and Termination

We may at any time add, modify, suspend, or remove any function, adjust pricing, quotas, and activity rules, or pause the service due to maintenance, upgrades, or security incidents.

If the service is terminated while a member subscription is active, we will handle the unused cycle reasonably.

We may terminate an account on grounds such as violations, prolonged inactivity, or risk-control decisions; you may also delete your account under Settings → Danger zone.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

This platform's total liability to any single user shall be limited to the amount that user actually paid to this platform during the preceding 12 months.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of these terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the user's location or the place where the service is actually operated.

Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction for handling in accordance with the law.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as the business evolves. Material changes will be announced on the platform or sent by email, with the effective date shown at the top of the new version. Continued use indicates acceptance of the changes.
